She is a Las Vegas native. Joelle attended Coronado High School and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from UNLV. Her legal career began during college, where she worked as a litigation paralegal at a boutique personal injury law firm. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in May of 2018. During her third year of law school, she was awarded a prestigious scholarship and a one-year internship at a top civil litigation firm. This internship allowed her to gain practical experience and develop her legal knowledge. After graduation, she accepted a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Michael P. Villani, where she conducted legal research and prepared written orders and opinions in various civil and criminal matters. Joelle\u2019s clerkship ended in August of 2019, and she joined The Cottle Firm thereafter.<\/p><p>In August of 2021, Ms. Misuraca and Daniel M.
