Matthew Minucci, originally from New York City, first came to Nevada in July of 2011. While he has managed hundreds of cases over his twenty-year career, he has been focused primarily on aiding injured victims of product defects, hotel negligence, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith claims. He has successfully collected multi-million dollars in damages from insurance companies on behalf of his clients since he began practicing in Nevada nearly ten years ago.
Mr. Minucci made a new law when his brief to the 9th District Federal Court, arguing that exhaustion clauses in insurance contracts are void and unenforceable under Colorado law, was adopted by both the 9th Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Mr. Minucci graduated from the University of Albany, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Psychology.
