Matthew D. Minucci
Matthew Minucci, originally from New York City, first came to Nevada in July of 2011. While he has managed hundreds of cases over his almost 20-year career, he has been focused primarily on aiding injured victims of product defect, hotel negligence, wrongful death and insurance bad faith claims. He has successfully collected multi-million dollars in damages from insurance companies on behalf of his clients, since he began practicing in Nevada five years ago.
Mr. Minucci made new law when his brief to the 9th District Federal Court, arguing that exhaustion clauses in insurance contracts are void and unenforceable under Colorado law, was adopted by both the 9th Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Minucci graduated from the University of Albany, cum laude, with Bachelor Degrees in History and Psychology. He attended law school at St. John’s University on an academic scholarship thanks in part to scoring in the 99th percentile on his law school entrance exam. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1997.
For over 20 years, Mr. Minucci has been focused on helping his clients who have been unfairly maligned by insurance companies and corporate monoliths, as well as clients who simply need a helping hand. Hardworking and extremely devoted, Mr. Minucci ensures that his clients get the results they want. His mission is to help those in need, provide for them what he can and assist them in getting their lives back on track. When he is not focused on work, Mr. Minucci enjoys spending time with his two children, Hannah and Jacob.
